Vide the present petition, the petitioner assails the impugned order dated 21.01.2019 of the learned Trial Court of the Court of the ADJ-02 (North) Rohini Courts in CS (DJ) No. 59737/2016, vide which an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC filed on behalf of the defendant no. 6 to the said suit arrayed as the petitioner to the present petition was declined.
