This is a writ petition filed by the Petitioner for quashing and setting aside the appointment of Respondent No. 3 as Director General of Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi as well as to direct Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to set up an inquiry to probe into the alleged illegal appointment of Respondent No. 3.
