Petitioner is seeking bail in FIR No. 92/2020, registered at police station Dayalpur, Delhi for the offences under Sections 147 /148/149/153A/505/436/307/120B/34 IPC and Sections 27 /30 ARMS ACT on the ground that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 16.03.2020.
