ORDER

Mr. Justice Ripusudan Dayal, President— This appeal is directed against the order dated 8.7.95 passed by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, West District, dismissing the application filed by the appellants for setting aside the ex-parte order passed by the Forum on 28.11.94. We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. The National Commission held in General Manager, Telecom Rajkot v. Jayanti Lal Hemchand Gandhi, III (1993) CPJ 273 (NC)=(1993) 1 CTJ 843, that under the Consumer Protection Act, there is no provision for restoration of a cause dismissed in default.

The appeal is, therefore, dismissed. No order as to costs.

Appeal dismissed.
