ORDER :

Mr. Justice G.S. Singhvi, Chairman-This is an application by the complainant for review/alteration/modification and/or for setting aside of order dated 18.12.2014.

2. In the complaint which was registered as RTPE No. 2/2000 the complainant had made the following substantive prayers:

“(a) enquire into the unfair trade practices of the respondent;

(b) direct handing over physical possession of the plot to the complainants;

(c) restrain the cancellation of allotted plots to the complainants;

(d) direct payment of compensation to the allottees with 18% interest on their total payments made;

(e) direct the respondent to develop the township as per the promise;

(f) call for instalments payment after one year of handing over physical possession without interest as scheme does not envisage any kind of interest;

(g) direct respondent to execute lease deed; and

(h) pass any other order that deemed fit and proper under facts and circumstances of the case.”

3. The complaint was founded on the assertion that the respondent had invited members of public to seek allotment of residential and industrial plots in Tronica City in an area measuring 1300 acres; that the advertisement issued by the respon
