Jyoti Tractors - petitioner has filed this revision application under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure challenging the judgment and order dated 25. 5. 2000 passed by the learned 5th Joint Civil Judge (S. D.) Rajkot, in Civil Application No. 96 of 1999 filed by the petitioner-applicant for condonation of delay in filing the main application. The learned Judge was pleased to reject the application of the petitioner being Misc. Application No. 96 of 1999 for condonation of delay in filing the objection application to the award dated 15. 5. 98 passed by Arbitrator Shri B. I. Sharma, Advocate of Udupi in Arbitration Reference Case No. 17 of 1997 under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as `the Act ).
