2. The present appeal is preferred by appellant claimant for enhancement of compensation worked out by Claims Tribunal, Bharuch. The claimant has filed Claim Petition No.591 of 1983 (Main) claiming compensation of Rs.5 lakhs from respondents.

3. The short facts of present case is that the accident took place on 7th October, 1983 on National Highway No.8 near Sidhdheshwari Oil Factory, Ankleshwar, at about 00-30 hours between Jeep Car No.GTI-7076 and Truck No.GTG-3348. The jeep car, at the material time, was driven by jeep driver Kashiram Gangaram, who is Respondent No.1. As a result of which, said accident had taken place.
