JUDGMENT :

1. By way of present petition, the petitioner has challenged the punishment order dated 12.11.2011 passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Admin), Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation and prayed inter alia, that:-

"8(A) Quash and set aside the punishment order dated 12.11.2011, Annexure-A to this petition and direct the respondent authority to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioner, and

(B) Direct the respondent authority to treat the period of suspension of the petitioner from 4.6.2019 to 14.11.2011 as duty period for all purposes, including for the purpose of pay and pension, and

(C) Pending admission and final disposal of this petition the Honourable Court may be pleased to stay the operation, implementation and execution of the punishment order dated 12.11.2011, Annexure-A to this petition, and

(D) Award the cost of this petition, and

(E) Grant any other relief or pass any other order which the Honourable Court may consider as just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
