ORDER :

The petitioner herein has been arrayed as the sole accused in the impugned Anx.A Crime No.513/2019 of Wadakkanchery Police Station, Thrissur for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 354 and 506 of the IPC. The said crime has been registered on the basis of the First Information Statement given by the lady defacto complainant on 08.09.2019 at about 6.30 P.M in respect of the alleged incidents which have happened on the previous day (07.09.2019) at about 11.00 A.M in the morning.

2. The prosecution case in short is that the petitioner is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wadakkancherry Block Multi Purpose Co-operative Society and that the lady defacto complainant in this case is the Secretary of the said Co-operative Society and that on 07.09.2019 at about 11 A.M a meeting of the Board of directors of the said Co-operative Society was convened and due to lack of quorum the meeting could not be officially met.
