ORDER :

1. This Bail Application filed under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) was heard through Video Conference.

2. The petitioner is the accused in crime No. 163 of 2021 of Pozhiyoor Police Station. The above case is registered against the petitioner alleging offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 326 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case is that the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant and he sustained serious injury.

4. When this matter came up for consideration Advocate Mohammed Al Rafi appeared for the defacto complainant and submitted that the matter is settled and he has no objection in granting bail to the petitioner. The Public Prosecutor also submitted that in the light of the submission from the counsel who appeared for the defacto complainant, this Court may pass appropriate orders.

5. In the light of the above submission, I think that this Bail Application can be allowed on stringent conditions.
