PUSHPENDRA SINGH BHATI, J.

1. This special appeal has been preferred by the appellant/writ petitioner claiming the following relief:

    "(A) the instant special appeal may kindly be ordered to be allowed and the impugned judgment/order dated 11th Sept., 2008 passed by the learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6041/2008 (Bal Singh Vs. State of Raj. & Ors.) may kindly be ordered to be quashed and set aside and the official respondents may kindly be directed to give possession of the land allotted to the humble appellant comprised in Murabba No. 297/355 of Chak 24 PTD, Tehsil Raisinghnagar, District Sriganganagar and the writ petition of the humble appellant may kindly be ordered to be allowed as prayed for and the application under Order 41 Rule 27 preferred by the humble appellant may kindly be allowed."

2. Brief facts of this case, as noticed by this Court, are that the appellant/writ petitioner submitted an application under Section 14(1) of the Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952 on 19.12.1954.
