Brief facts of the case are that while the petitioner was working as Assistant Accounts Officer, he was placed under suspension vide order dtd. 16.5.2005 (Annex. 4) on account of pendency of departmental enquiry. The petitioner was also served with a charge-sheet on 16.6.2005 containing six charges against the petitioner.
