Kurian Joseph, J.

The petitioner is aggrieved since he has been replaced by the third respondent. The petitioner is a PTA teacher and third respondent is a regular appointee. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is willing to work at Government Senior Secondary School, Paplog, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi. That vacancy is due to arise on 1.4.2011. There will be a direction to the second respondent to accommodate the third respondent in the vacancy referred to above, in case the petitioner produces the willingness of the third respondent within a week along with a copy of this judgment. In the resultant vacancy the petitioner shall be continued as a PTA teacher till he is otherwise replaced by a regular appointee.

2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.

3. A copy of this order, duly authenticated by the Court Master, shall be supplied immediately to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
