JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph, J.

The petitioner is a PTA teacher and is aggrieves since he has replaced by the fifth respondent, who is a regular recruitee. According to the petitioner there are vacancies for the regular teachers to be accommodated. The vacancies are pointed out in Annexures P-7, P-8 and P-9. In case the fifth respondent is willing to be accommodated in any of the vacancy pointed out by the petitioner, the second respondent shall take appropriate action to post the fifth respondent in any of the places where he is willing to work, in which event the petitioner shall be continued as PTA.

2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
