JUDGMENT :

Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge

By medium of this writ petition, the following reliefs have been prayed for:

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records and quashing the impugned order dated 11.11.2014 passed by the respondent No.1.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to furnish the information as sought by the petitioner under RTI.

(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of this case.”

2. This case owes its genesis to an application filed by the petitioner under Section 6 (1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (for short ‘Act’) on 15.4.2014 wherein he demanded the following informations :
