This Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 17.8.2005, passed in I.A.No.792/2005 in O.S.No.98/2005, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu.

2. The plaintiff is the revision petitioner.

3. The revision petitioner/plaintiff filed O.S.No.98/2005 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu praying for a decree for permanent injunction restraining respondents 4 and 5 and one Mohana from interfering with their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property.

4. Respondents 1 to 3 herein as third parties filed an application in I.A.No.792/2005 under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. to implead them as defendants 4 to 6 in O.S.No.98/2005. The trial court by order dated 17.8.2005 allowed I.A.No.792/2005 and aggrieved by the same the above Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
