Head Note :-

Workmens Compensation Act - Section 3, 10 and 30 - Respondents wife worked under respondent - she suffered heart attack and passed away on the way to hospital – according to management, death was due to heart attack and not in course of employment - Commissioner held that deceased died due to nature of work – Appeal by management – Court held – Commissioner recorded finding that nature of work involved stress and strain - the strain was the cause which accelerated his death - High Court would not interfere with the finding of fact recorded by Commissioner - No substantial question of law is shown to be involved in appeal - order of the Commissioner is confirmed.
