1. The Appellant/Respondent has preferred the instant Original Side Appeal as against the order, dated 26.03.2014, in Application No.2153 of 2014, passed by the Learned Single Judge.
2. The Learned Single Judge, while passing the impugned order, on 26.03.2014, in Application No.2153 of 2014 [filed by the Respondent/Applicant under Order 14 Rule 8 of Original Side Rules read with 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996], has observed and held as follows:

The Learned Counsel for the Appellant/Respondent submits that the order of the Learned Single Judge, dated 26.03.2014, in Application No.2153 of 2014, is opposed to law and facts of the case, because of the reason that the impugned order in the Application is in the nature of a Judgment that affects the Appellant/Respondent finally any irreparable fashion and therefore, the same is liable to be set aside, in the eye of law.
4. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant urges before this Court that the present OSA filed by the Appellant is perfectly maintainable in law
