1. The appellants and the first respondent in all the second appeals are the sons of Amin Bibi. Amin Bibi has laid the suit in O.S.No.598/04 against the first respondent and others for declaring that the decree dated 24.11.2003 passed in O.S.No.604 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Perambalur as null and void and for the permanent injunction restraining the first respondent and the second defendant therein, namely, Sekar from interfering with her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit properties described in the plaint schedule by way of creating any encumbrance or in any other manner at any time. It is seen that the first respondent herein has laid the suit in O.S.No.781 of 2004 against Thangaraj and the deceased Amin Bibi for evicting Thangaraj from the property described therein and also for the arrears of rent and future mesne profits as detailed therein. Thangaraj has laid the suit against the deceased Amin Bibi and the first respondent herein in O.S. No.498 of 2004 for the relief of permanent injunction to restrain the above said parties, namely, Amin Bibi and the first respondent from dispossessing him from the suit property described therein
