C.M.P.No.8359 of 2018 is filed under Section 151 r/w Order XLI Rule 5 of C.P.C., to stay all further proceedings in E.P.No.15 of 2017 in O.S.No.8 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri pending disposal of the application to condone the delay in filing of the above regular appeal.
