JUDGMENT :
(Prayer: This Criminal Revision petition is filed U/s 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C to call for the records pertaining to the Judgment dated 23.11.2017 passed in C.A.No.29 of 2017 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chidambaram confirming the Judgment dated 07.03.2017 passed in C.C.No.07 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chidambaram and set aside the same by allowing the above Revision.)
1. This Criminal Revision is directed against the Conviction and sentence passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chidambaram in C.A.No.29 of 2017 on 23.11.2017 by confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II Chidambaram, in C.C.No.07 of 2013 on 07.03.2017 under Section 324 of I.P.C directing the petitioner to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 months and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- in default of payment of fine to undergo 1 month simple imprisonment.
