(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission for “Adal Padal” Programme perform in “Mulaikottu Vizha” Scheduled to be held on 23.08.2022 from 07.00 p.m to 01.00 a.m., at Arulmigu Sri Muthumariamman Thirukovil at Kattupillaiyar Kovil Street, Rameswaram, Ramanathapuram District and to give necessary police protection to the said program.)

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission for “Adal Padal” Programme perform in “Mulaikottu Vizha” Scheduled to be held on 23.08.2022 from 07.00 p.m to 01.00 a.m., at Arulmigu Sri Muthumariamman Thirukovil at Kattupillaiyar Kovil Street, Rameswaram, Ramanathapuram District and to give necessary police protection to the said program.
