(Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to cancel the Order of Anticipatory Bail granted in Crl.O.P.No.30472 of 2018 dated 08.03.2019 to the above Respondents-1 and 2/Accused-2 and 3 in C.C.B. Cr.No.29/2018 on the file of the Central Crime Branch, Chennai)
1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for the cancellation of Anticipatory Bail granted to the first and second respondents on the ground that they have violated the undertaking given by them in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 01.03.2019.
2. Heard Mr.S.Anbalagan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.N.Murali Moghan, learned counsel for the first and second respondents and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the third respondent.
3. The petitioner gave a complaint before the third respondent against the first and second respondents and an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.29 of 2018 for offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) read with Section 34 of IPC. Apprehending arrest, the first and second respondents filed anticipatory bail petition before this Court.
