1. The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct the “Adal Padal” programme on 05.03.2023 and 07.03.2023 and Innisai Padal Kacheri on 06.03.2023 at 06.00 pm to 11.00 pm in connection with “Thiru Vizha” of Arulmigu Sri Ellai Kaliamman Thirukovil at Edamalaippattipudur Village, Trichy Taluk, Trichy District.
