(Prayer: This Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, to call for the records pertaining to the order, dated 07.02.2023 made in Cr.M.P.No.103 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Thoothukudi and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with Crime No.9 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police by allowing this Criminal Appeal.)
