(Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records connected with the order of the 2nd respondent herein concerned in C.O.C.No.21/2022 dated 05.08.2022 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to produce the detenu Venkatesan, son of Chidambaram, Hindu, aged about 30 years, who now confined in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Hon''ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.)
