1. This criminal appeal is filed against the Judgment and order dated 11.02.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, in Spl.S.C. No.60/2015.

2. The appellant is the accused in Spl.S.C.No.60/2015 and he is convicted and sentenced as detailed hereunder:
