JUDGMENT

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct cultural programme (Adal Padal) at Cuddalore District, Tittagudi Taluk, Vallimadhuram Village, Sri Muthu Mariyamman Thirukovil Festival on 07.06.2023 by considering petitioner representation dated 29.05.2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in order to conduct the cultural programme in the event of Cuddalore District, Tittagudi Taluk, Vallimadhuram Village, Sri Muthu Mariyamman Thirukovil Festival on 07.06.2023 between 06.00 P.M and 11.00 P.M, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 29.05.2023 to the respondent. But, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
