(Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in the impugned order in Mu.Mu.No.30434/2019/L5 dated 27.06.2020 with respect to our premises and trees at Survey Nos.81/1, 81/2A, 81/2B, 81/3A, 79/1 and 292/26, Kurumbalamahadevi Village, Paramathivellore Taluk, Namakkal District quash the same and further direct the respondents from interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of our premises and trees at Survey Nos.81/1, 81/2A, 81/2B, 81/3A, 79/1 and 292/26, Kurumbalamahadevi Village, Paramathivellore Taluk, Namakkal District.)

1. The proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, Namakkal dated 27.06.2020 issued based on the order of this Court dated 21.10.2019 in W.P.No.29920 of 2019 is under challenge in the present writ proceedings.
