The absence of a legal provision for revaluation of answer sheets in recruitment processes limits the court's ability to intervene in evaluation disputes.
The recruitment process must ensure equal treatment of all candidates, upholding constitutional principles of fairness and non-discrimination.
Judicial review can be invoked to ensure fairness in evaluation and transparency in competitive examinations, but candidates must establish a legal right to seek re-evaluation.
Courts should be cautious in interfering with the evaluation process and expert opinion, especially after a significant period has passed.
The court established that candidates must adhere to the terms and conditions of recruitment notifications, and requests for revaluation that contradict these terms are not entertainable.
The petitioner cannot challenge the selection process at a later stage.
