ORDER :
1. This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 333/2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent/Kulithalai Police Station to some other independent investigation agencies within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint regarding the loss of 20 sovereigns of gold jewellery during her travel from Trichy in a bus bearing Registration No.TN 37 2578 at about 12:15 p.m. It was further submitted that, as there has been no substantial progress in the investigation, the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case has been closed as “undetected” and RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
5. In a similar nature of this case, this Court passed an order in Crl.OP(MD)Nos.10290 of 2025 dated 25.11.2025 and the relevant portion of the order reads as follows:-
