Ms. Daya Chaudhary, J. - The petitioner is aggrieved by one condition (d) of the order of bail to the effect that she shall surrender/deposit her passport, if any, with the Police/Court and shall not leave India without prior permission of the trial Court imposed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram vide order dated 14.09.2018 while granting anticipatory bail in case FIR No.614 dated 23.08.2017 registered under Sections 192, 403, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station DLF, Sector 29, Gurugram.
2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is Senior Captain with Air India Airlines and is performing her duties as Pilot. She does not know in advance as to on which flight and to which country, she will have to fly. A self attested copy of flight detail of the petitioner has been annexed as Annexure P-3 with the petition to show that sometimes the petitioner has flown from Delhi to Dubail; Delhi to Riyadh; Mumbai to Bangkok and so on. Practicably, it is difficult for the petitioner to approach on each and every day to the trial Court to seek prior permission in a short span of time as the petitioner is given a break of only 2-3 days bef
