RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J.

1. This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.70 dated 29.05.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 306, 323, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'the IPC') at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

2. Vide order dated 14.10.2020, the parties were directed to appear before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate, for getting their statements recorded; as to the genuineness of the compromise. In compliance thereof, report of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Talwandi Sabo dated 09.11.2020, has been received, wherein, it has been noticed that the parties have settled the dispute amicably without any undue influence, coercion or pressure and none of the accused have been declared as proclaimed offender.
