The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.32 dated 21.05.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2), 377, 328, 323, 354, 506, 509 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Rajpura, District Patiala.
