1. Relief Sought:-
The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of BNSS , 2023 has been invoked for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.218, dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 409 , 420, 120-B IPC and Section 13 (1), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 as amended vide Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018, registered at Police Station Khanna City-2, District Ludhiana.
