This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 194 days in filing of the appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant contends that appellant would not ask for interest for the delayed period.
3. Mr. Vinod Chaudhri, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 3 and contends that he has no objection if the application is allowed.
4. For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 194 days in filing of the appeal is hereby condoned.
5. The application stands disposed of accordingly.

1. The present appeal has been preferred against the award dated 21.12.2018 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rewari in the claim petition filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (for short, 'the Tribunal’) for enhancement of compensation granted to the claimant to the tune of Rs.2,55,000/- along with interest @ 9% per annum, on account of death of Master Sahil in a Motor Vehicular Accident, occurred on 16.08.2017.
