1. This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 78 days in filing of the appeal
2. Learned counsel for the appellant contends that appellant would not ask for interest for the delayed period. 3. Notice in the application.
4. On asking of the Court, Mr. D.K. Sharma, Advocate and Mr. Sandeep Suri, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and respondent No. 3 respectively and contends that they have no objection if the application is allowed.
5. For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 78 days in filing of the appeal is hereby condoned.
6. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
