2. This petition seeks quashing of the registration certificate granted to LML Mazdoor Ekta Sangathan, Kanpur, respondent No. 5, on the ground that it does not fulfil the requirements of law.

3. The facts as pleaded are that M/s. LML Limited, which is a Public Limited Company duly incorporated under the Companies Act (here-in-after referred to as the Establishment), has a workforce of about three thousand employees.
