This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Lal Singh with a prayer to quash the orders dated 21.9.2001, 1.10.2001, 11.10.2001, 1.11.2001. 6.11.2001 and 4.12.2001 passed by the Incharge Special Judicial Magistrate/Magistrate, Dehradun in case No. 1288 of 2001 C.B.I. v. Lal Singh and others, under Section 302/234, 193/34, 201/34 IPC. The orders dated 7.1.2002 and 26.2.2004 passed by learned Special Judicial Magistrate/Magistrate C.B.I.
