The present criminal revision has been filed against order dated 30.5.2014 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 6, Bareilly in Criminal Case No. 3306 of 2010, Case Crime No. 487 of 2008 “State v. Harish Manwani and others”, under Sections 420/34 I.P.C., P.S. Prem Nagar, District Bareilly, rejecting application of accused/revisionist seeking discharge under Section 239 Cr.P.C. as well as against order dated 6.11.2008 passed by A.C.J.M., Court No. 6, Bareilly taking cognizance upon submission of charge-sheet.
3. The brief facts relating to the case are that the opposite party No. 2 Brijesh Kumar Singh lodged an F.I.R. on 9.5.2008 at Case Crime No. 487 of 2008, under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C. against Hindustan Uniliver Ltd. as well as its Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Managing Director, Finance Director and T.S.I.
