1. Heard Sri I.P. Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Rajeev Lochan Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and Sri Puneet Bhadauria, learned counsel for accused respondent no.3 and perused the trial Court judgment and record.
2. The present Government Appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 12.6.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Anti Corruption, Gorakhpur passed in Special Sessions Trial No.01 of 2004 (State of Uttar Pradesh Vs. Madan Kumar Agarwal and others), under Sections 418, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 7/13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (for short PCA 1988), Police Station Civil Line, District Meerut, whereby the accused persons were acquitted by the trial Court for the offence.
3. On the basis of the written report Ext.
