JUDGNENT :
1. This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to condone the delay in filing this appeal before this Court.
2. The delay condonation application is supported by an affidavit of the defendant/appellant Shalini Massey.
3. We have perused the delay condonation application as well as the affidavit filed in support thereof.
4. We find that the cause shown for delay in filing this appeal in paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the affidavit accompanying the delay condonation application is sufficient.
5. The delay condonation application is allowed. The delay in filing this appeal is condoned.
6. Office is directed to allot regular number to this appeal.
