JUDGMENT :

1. Heard Sri Amit holding brief of Sri Sanjay Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Patanjali Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and Sri Rajesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant - respondent No.4.

2. With the consent of learned counsels for the parties, this writ petition is being finally heard.

3. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:

    “(i) issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari for - dated 14-05-2021 which was registered as Case Crime No.244 of 2021, U/S- 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., Police Station – Chhibramau, District Kannauj (Annexure no.1) to this writ petition.

(ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No.244 of 2021, U/S- 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., Police Station – Chhibramau, District Kannauj.”

4. The impugned first information report lodged by the informant – respondent No.4 and filed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition is being reproduced below:
