2007 Supreme(MP) 647

A.K.MATHUR, DALVEER BHANDARI
Rama and Company – Appellant
Versus
State of M. P. – Respondent

Advocates:
Ravindra Shrivastava, Senior Advocate for petitioners;
Kailash Chand and Jayant Mehta for respondents.

ORDER

1. Delay condoned.

2. There is no ground to interfere with the order of the High Court as the question of law had already been decided by this Court that if any writ petition is filed before the High Court against the order of the Board of Revenue and against that order of the High Court no LPA is maintainable as this is not the original order. The special leave petition is, therefore, dismissed.
