The crucial point for determination is whether the procedure applicable to the trial of the suits is applicable to the questions to be determined in execution also. Section 141 does not apply to execution proceedings. Therefore it is not obligatory for the execution Court to frame issues in the instant case. Basaratullah Meyan and others v.
