JUDGMENT

Rohit Arya, J. - This petition, under section 482 of the Cr.P.C., has been filed against the order dated 22/12/2022 passed by the trial Court rejecting an application filed by the petitioner under section 311 of the Cr.P.C.

2. The said application was filed on the premise that parties have entered into compromise and an application under section 320 of the Cr.P.C.was filed on 8/12/2021.

3. At the request of learned Panel Lawyer, list this case for further orders in the week commencing 2/1/2023.

4. Petitioner, if so advised, may submit certified copy of this order before the trial Court on the next date i.e. 31/12/2022.
