ORDER :
1. Petitioner seeks setting aside of order dated 05.10.2023 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Sehore; whereby the District and Sessions Judge Sehore rejected the candidature of the petitioner for being appointed to the post of Assistant Grade-III on the ground of concealment of the involvement in a criminal case.
3. Petitioner thereafter participated in the Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination as also in the interview and cleared all of them. However, at the time of filling up of the verification form, petitioner disclosed that he had been involved in an FIR under sections 294, 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, which was registered on account of an incident that took place in the Coaching Institute where petitioner had gone for taking coaching.
