The main subject matter in issue relates to the validity and correctness of the Manipur Education Service Examination, 2014 conducted under the provisions of the Manipur Education Service Rules, 2012 by direct recruitment through open competition as well as through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination in respect of Grade-II and Grade-III posts.
