Rajiv Sharma, J.—This appeal has been instituted against Judgment dated 8.5.2015 rendered by learned Additional District Judge, Chamba, District Chamba, Himachal Pradesh in HMA No. 32/12/11.
2. “Key facts” necessary for the adjudication of the present appeal are that appellant has instituted a petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act against the respondent for dissolution of marriage. Marriage between the parties was solemnised in the month of November, 1988 according to the Hindu rites and customs. A male child Ishwar Dass was borne in the year 1994. Initially behaviour of the respondent was cordial with the appellant for abut 4-5 years. Thereafter, her behaviour changed towards the appellant and his family members. Appellant was working in Indian Army. When he used to come to his house, then respondent used to leave the house without any reason. Respondent is a hot tampered lady and never looked after the parents of appellant. Respondent demanded the entire salary of the appellant. Respondent always wanted to have a separate accommodation.
