This application is filed under Section 457 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 1956, to direct the Official Liquidator to take necessary steps to transfer the lands admeasuring Ac.0.34 cents in Sy.No.91P, Ac.0.94 Cents in Sy.No.92P, Ac.7.00 Cents in Sy.No.100P, Ac.0.50 Cents, Ac.2.70 Cents in Sy.No.98P (total extent of Ac.11.58 Cents) situated at Kosini Village Sivar of Kaghaznagar Mandal, Komaram Bheem A
